Ibn Estopa lived in the shadow of his older brother, *El Shaklan, for only a short while. He soon claimed his own fame-he was Reserve World Champion Stallion twice and World Champion Stallion once. He is still found in famous pedigrees around the world. The great mare Navaronne-D is an Ibn Estopa grandaughter.
