Thank you for your interest in Om El Shahmaan. We have been waiting for many years for a Sanadik son that we felt would provide a major step forward for the future of our breeding program. The steps so far in our breeding program have been significant ones. The success of this program began with *Estopa and then passed to her son, *El Shaklan, and then to his son *Sanadik El Shaklan. Now, we believe that Om El Shahmaan will carry the future of the Om El Arab International breeding program.

Om El Shahmaan has the classic type that is the trademark of his sire, grandsire, and great grand dam. His face is finely chiseled and dished. He is balanced and smooth bodied. His shoulder is well laid back and his neck is graceful and arched. His legs are long and clean. But he also has that something extra. His height at 15-3 gives him added elegance and stature. His confident and self-assured nature gives him an air of nobility. His movement is graceful and fluid. His pedigree is world-class. Shahmaan is much more than the sum of his parts.

Shahmaan's sire, *Sanadik El Shaklan, is one of the world's leading sires of champions. We believe Sanadik is the world's leading sire of exotic type. Shahmaan's dam is our exquisite *Estopa daughter, Om El Shaina, by world champion, *Carmargue. Many visitors to our farm are captivated by her and comment that she is one of the most beautiful mares they have ever seen. The cross of Sanadik and Shaina has consistently produced extraordinary individuals.

Shahmaan was shown at the 2001 Cal-Bred Futurity Championship Show and was the unanimous Two-Year-Old Futurity Champion. At the Scottsdale show that year he was Top 10 (3rd overall), and he was Top 10 again in 2002. This is Shahmaan's three-year-old futurity year and he is Cal-Breds and U.S. Nationals bound. We are planning to promote Shahmaan in the shows throughout Europe as a young stallion before the responsibilities of his life as our future herd sire demands that he stay at home.
